Terms & Conditions Open Farm Tickets - When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between John S Pile (Farms) Limited and yourself.
Prices - Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes and there are no surcharges. Once you have paid, we will not increase the price of your tickets. Prices displayed on the site are subject to change without notice.
Currently we are offering standard tickets until 27 March 2026 and those available during the Easter Holidays. The price of the tickets will change on the first day of the Easter Holidays which is Saturday 28 March 2026, the Standard Admission ticket for over 3's will increase from £10 to £12.50 per person; £7.50 will increase to £9.50 per person for the Senior Ticket, (over 60s); £32 will increase to £40 for the Group Ticket for 4, (at least one responsible adult per group). Under 3s will always be free as will Carers, (see terms and conditions) and the After School Play Ticket will remain at £5 per person up to and after the Easter Holidays. From Monday 13 April 2026 Tickets affected by the increase Standard Entrance Fee, Senior Entrance Fee and Group Entrance Fee will be reduced to the lower price.
Cancellations - Once payment has been made, tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for a different date.
Online Booking - Once purchased online tickets may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. No ticket may be resold. Please print out your booking reference and barcode or retain the information on your mobile telephone. Prices are correct at time of going to press and are subject to change without notification.Online tickets cannot be purchased using any other offers or promotions.

Lamb Bottle Feeding Experience - Terms and Conditons
Over 3s only may join in this event. There will be one lamb and one bottle per person. Children aged between 3 and 12 years must be accompanied by an adult. The accompanying adult will not be charged for a Lamb Bottle Feeding ticket. Everyone who is 3 years old or above will require a ticket for entry to the Open Farm.
Only the person bottle feeding, (together with their accompanying adult if applicable), will be allowed to attend the feeding session in the barn.
A limited number of tickets are available for booking for every day between Saturday 28 March 2026 and Sunday 12 April 2026. Tickets must be purchased online in advance. You will need to choose either a morning (9.30am) or afternoon (4pm) session. YOU MUST ARRIVE BY THE TIME STATED IN ORDER TO TAKE PART. This is because you will be given first a very important safety talk before you are taken to the bottle feeding area. No tickets will be available on the door. A separate ticket - SPRING TIME OPEN FARM ADMISSION TICKET, will be required in addition to the bottle feeding ticket for entry to the Open Farm.
If you are purchasing a Spring Time Group Admission ticket you will need to purchase in addition a Lamb Bottle Feeding Event ticket for each person joining the feeding event.
You will be given gloves and an apron to wear while feeding the lamb and you must wash your hands thoroughly after you have finished. For your safety and the welfare of the lamb, you must follow the instructions given to you during the session by a member of Middle Farm staff.

Season Ticket Holders - Lamb Bottle Feeding Experience - Terms and Conditions
As you are a Season Ticket Holder you do not need to buy an entry ticket to the Open Farm but if you wish to join in a Lamb Bottle Feeding Experience, you will need to buy in advance a ticket online. One Lamb Bottle Feeding ticket only per Season Ticket holder. No tickets for the Lamb Bottle Feeding will be available to purchase on the door.
You will be asked to show your current Season Ticket when you arrive at the start of the Lamb Bottle Feeding Experience
You may purchase Spring Time Event Tickets and Lamb Bottle Feeding ExperienceTickets for those in your party who do not have Season Tickets.
All other Terms and Conditions shown above under the section Lamb Bottle Feed Experience apply.

Free Entry to Carers - Requirements - We offer free entry for one carer accompanying a paying visitor who can provide evidence of one of the following: Disability Living Allowance (DLA); Personal Independence Payment (PIP); Employment and Support Allowance (ESA); Attendance Allowance; Access Card with the Essential companion (+1) symbol; I-go Card; Compass Card; National Disability Card; Care for The Carers Card (ESCC); Carers Support (WSCC)
Please note the evidence provided must be dated within the last 2 years. Such evidence must be shown to staff at our entrance gates. If evidence is not present or not in date, the full charge for entry will be required. Carers must be aged 16 or over.
